It is the practice of Novus Medical to appoint a client manager for each client in order to guarantee compliance with the scope of service requested. This manager is intimately familiar with job requirements and is in charge of delegating responsibilities within our organization.

Our recruiters will use a current resource of physicians or CRNA's who have continuously worked with Novus Medical as well as actively recruit for additional staff.

Candidates are provided with a specific recruiter who will become their sole contact for placements. The Recruiter is an advocate for you, the provider, and their purpose is to locate your dream assignment or job. The recruiters work hand in hand with the client managers to facilitate a smooth and easy relationship and focus on what's important, you and your wishes.

Your representative will be with you every step of the process from first contact, through the interview process, travel and even a follow up phone call on your first day to ensure everything is what you expected.
