The majority of our recruiters come to us with a health care or recruiting background. Each recruiter on our staff has gone through a training program that covers issues including what it takes to be a quality health care provider, referencing, credentialing, how to work with DEAs, controlled substance permits, and the National Practitioner Data Bank, evaluating a provider's malpractice history and much more.
The process of credentialing contains several important steps. The review of the application and collection of documents are keys to verifying skills and training of the candidate. When an application is received, our recruiting staff is instructed to compare the curriculum vitae and documents against the application to look for any discrepancies or gaps that may appear.
