In 1998, Jackie single handedly began Novus Medical. Through trial and error, she grew the company and began hiring staff to help support the workload in 1999. She has the responsibility for planning and implementing strategic growth while also developing Novus Medical, LLC's budgetary goals and developing new areas of business. She continues to work as a recruiter and marketer as well and trains new hires to follow the high standards she has set for the company.

Christi started with Novus Medical in January 2002, as a Nursing Recruiter. From August 2003, to May 2006, she managed the Government department increasing the division's profit by more than 30% each year. Christi now has the responsibility for the day to day operations for all divisions. She directly supervises the recruiters and marketers. Beginning in 2004, Christi has been a member of the ethic's committee with the NAPR and trains all recruiters and marketers on the ethical practices of our industry. She assists with company hiring and development of company objectives and implementation of these objectives.
